2. Ordering from Us

When you place an order, you agree to purchase goods subject to these terms and conditions.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A contract between you and Navic Direct will be formed once we send you an email confirming that the goods have been dispatched.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).
We take all reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, prices, and availability are accurate.
Payment must be made at the time of ordering using accepted payment methods (e.g. Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, etc.).
If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to cancel or reconfirm the order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer delivery across the UK using Royal Mail or other couriers.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are eligible for same-day dispatch via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Navic Direct is not liable for delays caused by courier services.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.

5. Returns and Refunds

You have the right to return most products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding delivery charges), provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@navicdirect.com within 14 days of delivery.
Navic Direct may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or are returned without prior notice.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.

6. Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@navicdirect.com with photos and details of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the cost of return shipping if applicable.
