At Navic Direct, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange.
Return Period
- You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items returned after this period are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable food items.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Opened or used products (may receive partial refund of up to 50%, or no refund depending on condition).
- Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
- Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health or personal care items.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you with approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange, please contact us at sales@navicdirect.com.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost will be deducted.
- For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
